  BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE

  • Boosts sales, meets and exceeds client expectations, and facilitates positive brand experience by following company customer service model
  • Creates an emotional connection with every client by being a passionate and enthusiastic brand ambassador 
  • Proactively seeks and incorporates basic product knowledge into customer service approach

Wholesale Sales Duties:

  • Utilizes and maintains the inventory management system, creates sales orders, processes orders, submits invoices, processes payments, refunds and exchanges 
  • Assists in inventory management: Replenishing merchandise by color, size, and quantity requirements; folding, sizing, and restocking
  • Cold calls on prospective clients via phone, email, online and in person 
  • Attends tradeshows regularly
  • Answers inquiries as needed
  • Creates sales presentations, kits and demonstrates the value of our offerings with these media 
  • Prepares online orders for delivery 
  • Performs additional projects and duties as assigned by the Managers

 

 Qualifications:

  • Passion, knowledge and involvement in fitness, health or sports activities required
  • High school diploma required, some college preferred
  • Strong personal sense of style and athletically-minded
  • Outgoing, driven, passionate, and a people-person 
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Responsible and dependable
  • Proactive and solution-oriented with strong decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • Extraordinary customer focus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability and willingness to accept and provide feedback
  • General computer knowledge (Apple software & hardware, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
